• USA Junior Beach Championships – July 31-August 2 – Hermosa Beach, CA

The USAV Junior Beach Championships is the pinnacle event for the junior pipeline.. It is designed to prepare our elite athletes in training for international competition. The objective is to provide an FIVB international style event for athletes to compete among the best in the United States and abroad. This event is being held for the U13, U15, U17, U19 age groups as defined by the FIVB for both boys and girls. The format is:

There are 16 teams per age group and per gender. Teams will be awarded entry based on the following:

• USAV Beach HP National Team Pair – 5 places awarded
• USAV Beach HP Zonal Championship Winners – 4 places awarded
• USAV Junior Beach Tour National Champions – 1 place awarded
• International Teams – Up to 5 places awarded
• Wild Card – Remaining places awarded
