ÚBV ČVS vyzývá všechny hráče a hráčky, kteří plánují hrát mezinárodní turnaje pod hlavičkou FIVB v roce 2016, aby si "Sports regulations" nastudovali.

We kindly remind you that, the following key changes have been made as per the decisions of the last FIVB meetings and will be applied for the 2015/2016 FIVB Beach Volleyball Season.

1. Revised regulations on the Withdrawal Procedures;

2. Revised definition on the Athlete Entry points (i.e. results obtained at the FIVB Open tournaments will be counted only if the results improve an athlete’s seeding);

3. Clear definitions on FIVB Seasonal ranking and the criteria for Team of the Year;

4. Revised regulations on the Technical Meeting and Preliminary Inquiry (i.e. Technical Meeting will only be organized upon the request of the promoter);

5. Clear definitions on seeding regulation and competition format of the Swatch FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Finals;

6. General information of the drawing of lots principles for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games;

7. Clear definitions of the regulation on no host country teams will be put in the same pool at the Main Draw tournaments of FIVB World Tour events (Grand Slam, Major Series, Open and Swatch FIVB Beach Volleyball

World Tour Finals);

8. Revised regulations on breaking the tie between two teams during the pool play (round robin) and at the end of Pool Play (round robin= at the Main Draw tournaments of FIVB World Tour events (Grand Slam, Major Series, Open and Swatch FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Finals);

9. Draft procedure regarding the Video Challenge System;
